Before Jenny and I started working together, I felt anxious, stressed, overwhelmed and out of control. I was overwhelmed by a constant sense of having too much to do each day and was even on ADHD medication. This left me feeling stuck and frustrated, as I struggled to find balance between work, family, kids, exercise, side hustles and time for myself.

The process of working with Jenny has been a refreshing change. Instead of being pushed to follow a strict diet or exercise routine, she helped me focus on improving my mindset first. This shift allowed me to naturally want to eat healthier and engage in the right kind of exercise for my personal needs.

Through this program, I achieved a greater sense of mental clarity and overall well-being. I learned how crucial it is to address the right mind space to make lasting changes in my overall health. This newfound understanding has made me feel more empowered and optimistic about my future.

I would highly recommend this program to others. If you’re considering working with a health coach, my advice is to go for it. The approach here is different from other programs because it emphasizes having the correct mindset as a foundation for a healthier more fulfilling life, rather than enforcing rigid rules. This has helped me chase my dreams and realize that achieving them is far more possible than I had previously thought.

Jenny, you are amazing!!

When I started on this journey (which by the way took me some time to gather the courage to do), I was feeling very low and was coming off the back of some not-so-great health results, low energy, no movement and just no drive for pretty much anything.

However, I was very clear that something had to change, fast (ish) and soon otherwise my life will spiral, and things will end very badly for me. I sat with myself for a while and had some tough conversations and eventually gave myself enough grace to admit that I had a problem and I needed help. One of my biggest blockages was the fact that I had made numerous attempts to lose weight and get fit etc and had many successes albeit them not lasting long. I always went hard at whatever diet and fitness regime and then would exhaust myself so much, that I would stop and struggle to get back on a rhythm. So, this was one issue I battled with about this process.

The universe conspired because Jenny checked in with me (after an initial call) and at that moment, everything was aligned. I knew I was ready to accept the help and commit to this next phase of my life. This was the right time.

Going in, the goal where to turn my life around with a specific focus on my health and fitness. Yes, I wanted to lose weight and move more but the difference here was that I wasn’t looking for a quick fix and new that it would have to be slow and steady with sustainable long term results.

It has been an incredible journey because I what I experienced was much more than just weight loss and movement (which I have done) but it was looking at myself holistically and working through more in my life. Jenny is very knowledgeable and kind and gentle and worked with me where I was. I didn’t feel pressure to be something else, she allowed me to work at my pace (while gently holding me accountable – which I needed) and gave me something to work towards on a weekly basis.

On my journey, I learnt that I can achieve what I set my mind to, that I am able to take the necessary steps, that I can change my limiting beliefs and that I can and am having a great life. I learnt that prioritizing myself, health, fitness and values is ok and that I can only show up in this world for others when I show up for myself first and for that to happen, I have to be present in my body, mind and soul and on this earth.

Jenny has been incredible to work with and has provided me the tools that I need to take this forward for myself. I highly recommend working with her and this program as you will experience a shift for sure.

When I reached out to Jenny, my work /life balance was definitely unbalanced.

At first, I didn’t really know what areas of lifestyle I wanted to focus on, I only knew I needed help. I thought diet and exercise would be a good start, but my journey with Jenny over the coaching period lead me to discover so much more about myself; and the root to why I was feeling overwhelmed.

Working with Jenny, quickly highlighted the areas where I needed her expertise. Early to mid-March 2023, I slowly realised I am so over weight and unhealthy that I am literally eating myself to death. Truth be told, I knew this a long time, but just did not know how to change my mindset and how to get motivated. By early April 2023, I made the step to contact Jenny for help. After a few messages I almost chickened out. The “chicken out” effect, was something that Jenny actually assisted me with. At the time I was 126KG and really unhealthy, not just physically, but mentally as well. My work starting suffering as well. I was “just not there” in the work space and I felt it myself.

 

I chose two options with Jenny. Metafit and the health coach option. Boy, was I in for a ride…and I believe Jenny as well. I was definitely not the easiest client to have as I was properly broken, but did not even know at the time. This was all brought to light and I needed to address it.

 

For me the process was more than losing weight…..let me say this again….the process is more than losing weight. This is so much more. I went through physiological states, which in turn addressed the reason I eat and drink much. The mind needs to be ready and willing to change, then the body will follow.

Working with Jenny was a positive experience. She goes with you through your ups and downs. Again, it is not just diet and food….it is so much more. Ending the last day I was far from where I wanted to be, but losing 14KG in 10 weeks without starving of a diet, was definitely worth it and getting the correct tools to keep on going was the magic part for me.

I highly recommend this journey, not just for unhealthy and overweight people, but even individuals that is fit (or think they are) to try this program.

One advice I can give. Jenny cannot change you, YOU need to make the step towards change. YOU are your own problem, YOU need to want to change…Jenny can just give you the tools after YOU decided to change. Then, do not think this will be a “walking in the park”. Change is difficult, but “the rocky ride is worth it.” Trust the process!!...and keep going after she is done with the program. Use the tools she gives you!

Lastly I want to thank Jenny for her dedication towards this program and the positive changes she brought with it and in me. Without this program and her motivation, I believe I would have been nearly, if not already, bedridden with my unhealthy habits. Thank you Jenny for your advice, dedication, mentorship and patience. You have my respect and long lasting friendship.

When I started with Jenny I was so uncomfortable in my own skin physically and emotionally. I had low self-esteem and zero self-love. My body was out of control and so was my emotions. I knew I had to do something very fast. 

 

Our first coaching session was very emotional but so refreshing! She made me feel comfortable and loved. I couldn't wait to start. 

 

Our first sessions in the Gym and home gym were tuff, but she has this gift to make you feel safe and motivated. I pulled through and enjoyed it so much that I became a gym addict! 

As the weight came down and the cm's dropped my self-confidence and how I see myself started to change. Jenny played a huge role in achieving my monthly goals.
