3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their health, medical history, and any other relevant details. It is the client's responsibility to inform the health coach of any changes in their health status.
4. Confidentiality
All client information and discussions during health coaching sessions will be kept confidential unless required by law. I am fully committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of my clients.
5. Payment and Refund Policy
Payments for my Health Coaching services are paid via EFT and refunds for cancellations are only applicable if both parties agree that the cancellation time was reasonable.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided as part of the health coaching services are the intellectual property of Jenny Randall. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use such content without explicit permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Jenny Randall will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use her services.
8. Termination of Services
Jenny Randall reserves the right to terminate services if clients fail to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Namibia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Namibia.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Jenny Randall reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of my services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
